Puppy Foundation Course Enrolment Form: Millicent, SA

Your Instructor for the practical sessions is veterinary nurse, Maddie Smith, of the Millicent Veterinary Clinic. Please notify Millicent Veterinary Clinic on 08 8733 2782 as early as possible if you are unable to attend any classes. Please ensure you have completed the relevant material prior to each week’s practical class.

Week 1 & 2: online only; complete at your own pace, but are assumed knowledge prior to attending the Week 3 (first) practical class
Week 3-6: practical classes 6pm at Millicent Veterinary Clinic
Please be respectful of others and arrive promptly, ready to start at the specified time. Each class will run for 30-60 minutes.
